another truck lowering question.
I want to lower the rear of my truck just enough to make it sit level. I do not want to change anything in the front. im thinking 3'' lowering springs in the rear. wondering if stock shocks will work or do I need to change them? should I get the shock mounting bracket that change the angle of shocks? may just get the springs and see how it goes. anybody done this? any pictures of trucks lowered just to sit level? I sold my truck that was lowered 4'' in front and 6'' in rear.it had drop spindles; lowered shocks; and lowered springs. it looked good but was the roughest riding truck I have ever owned. I WANT TO SIT LEVEL AND RIDE GOOD.

Re: another truck lowering question.
I'm fairly sure it takes 2" to level off the rear of the truck.
2" lowering springs won't reduce your ride quality. Hypothetically if it took 3" to level off the rear of the truck 2" lowering springs and a 1" lowering block will do the job without sacrificing ride quality. |
