Stout72- The color is a 2002 GM color. It's Light Meadowmist Brown.

Casey- Keeping the ride height as it is. Have some new 8 lug GMC ralley wheels to go on it. Not sure about tires just yet.

Weasel29GM- I hope it's ready for the Ohio Boardmembers get together at Fine69's next year. It's took 10 years to get this far.
(but that ain't bad, considering raising kids and the everyday BS that takes your time and money?)

Jaime72- Thanks. I'd have to hit the lottery to have it done in a couple weeks.(don't I wish?) How'd the swapmeet go?

Thanks for all the positive comments. Makes me think that what I have done so far, is right? Painter has some kinda Master's degree in painting from PPG, and he said that stripping it to bare metal, using PPG products, and him painting it, that he'd give me a lifetime warranty on the paint? ( I hope) Gonna get that in writing when it's finished being painted.

Still have a ways to go. Haven't figured how I want to do the gas fill yet. Have a couple of ideas. Would like to do the behind the side marker light, but what I've seen isn't very clear about how to go about it. Mounted a 31 gal tank behing the differential, and that would be the trick way to go. I've got the marker light instructions, but I guess I'll have to study them some more?
