Another wiring connector question, what is this for?
All of my back lights work, running, brake, and backup. The only thing not working is my dome light. Before I plug this connector in and start popping a fuse or worse, I'd like to know for sure what it goes to. Any help sincerely appreciated.

Orange and white is for the dome light. There should be a matching connector up by the fuse box. If it pops a fuse there may be a short under the metal sill plate. LockDoc

Thanks Lock Doc!
I just walked out in the garage, plugged in the connector, and now my dome light works! (I had already replaced the bulb). I have now achieved total light bulb functionality. Woot! Oh wait, I still have to get the glove box light working. Crap. |

Be sure and try the glove box light with the ignition switch on. Sometimes people connect it to the Cig lighter or ign unfused on the fuse box and they are only hot with the key on..... LockDoc
