Canada WTB: Left Side Upper Tailgate Moulding - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I know I can buy repopped ones but I would like to buy a left side upper tailgate moulding that has developed some character hanging on the back of the truck these last 43 years. Mine is pretty good except for the wubbys that your eye wanders right to when you look at the back of the truck. I would like one that is weathered but not rusty and still has shine to it. Pleases post close up pics and price if you have one to sell. I am heading to the USA in two weeks so can give a US address for shipping. Sorry about the sideways cos but haven't had time to call Apple and fix the problem.

Looks like nice parts that should work for him i hope.
On a side note, you realize the paypal fees would only be about .75 cents on this and if it is sent as a friend he is not covered at all for anything.

The lower moulding in the left ( looking at your screen ) picture looks to have a couple dents in it. The other one seems to be okay. The finish on them looks to be exactly what I'm looking for but I do not want any dents. So are one of them dent free. I'll take both but need one dent free. I have your PayPal info and am ready to go as soon as you verify the moulding is dent free.

There are no dents in these... They just have the typical anodizing clouding on them and that just will not work on either of my trucks...

I picked up the moludings yesterday and the texture is exactly what I wanted . I should have asked you about the centre moulding as well because the one on the truck is little worse for wear than yours. I do have one question though. Were the mouldings straight when you shipped them? They were packaged in a sturdy Post Office box but the box had a curve in it as well as the mouldings. I laid out the moulding and put a little pressure on them and they straightened out quite a bit. Do they normally have a curve or did they get squished a bit by the Post Office?
