Looking to find a source for floor shifter and hand brake boots

Working on my 1966 GMC 2500, need to source replacement floor shifter and hand brake boots.

I made temporary boots from EPDM rubber. I used heavier rubber to top the handbrake because of the long opening. It REALLY helped with the hot air and lowered the cab noise level. Now I can listen to Sirus/XM on my cell phone when driving (no radio)

I'm not sure if it would be exactly what you are looking for, but I used leather boots from Lokar on my truck. Looks/works great.

I was looking at the Lokar boots. Couldn't find a measurement.
