New Shop (finally)!
We recently moved so that I could build a shop & finally have all my trucks at 1 address & actually have room to work on them.
Construction started this week on a 30x50 with 12' ceilings, fully insulated, & will have a 30x40 concrete slab in front of the building, then a driveway to that. I am super excited & thought I'd share the progress! Delivery time... Last edited by JWall; 08-13-2015 at 05:24 PM. |

sweet,
are you building this or is a company doing it? I would like to have a shop and am thinking about one of those metal buildings...

Re: New Shop (finally)!
yeayyy, less grass to mow!!! Build a couple more. Stop when you no longer need a mower, just a trimmer

Re: New Shop (finally)!
Congrats! Very nice. Can't wait to see more progress. BTW - The Tulsa area is where I grew up. My parents and a younger brother and his family still call it home.

Re: New Shop (finally)!
Thanks guys!
Not much new to report yet - still waiting on the concrete company. They are backed up a little. Did get the dirt delivered. Pic of my blue truck in there gives an idea of how big it really is. TIGHT FIT!!! |

Re: New Shop (finally)!
Hope you don't have to use a shovel to spread that around!
Shop looks big. Good height too. Will you be getting a lift? Mine is the best tool I've ever purchased. My only regret is I didn't get it 10 years sooner. |

Yes, I plan on a lift for sure! I added some height to the building for this reason. |

Re: New Shop (finally)!
That's going to be a nice shop. Wish I could have started with that nice flat piece of property. Beautiful yard.
...Mine was a rocky cliff when I started. I've been going at it for almost a year and I'm no where near as far along as you are . I'm building in stages as I can afford it...NO DEBT. I do have concrete though |
