2003 Silverado HVAC Problem

new to me truck... When I first start the truck after its been sitting a 1/2 or more, I hear click click click click click from the passenger side hvac area. The a/c seems only to get so so cold inside even through the inlet line is cold on the outside and the compressor is running all the time the a/c is turned on...

Any ideas?

Your blend door [the one that changes from hot to cold] has gone out of it parameters. The techII scan tool can help you if you super lucky to have one elsewise it is a thing that has to be changed.
