Stupid question

Did the heavy half come with 3/4 ton drive train? I've spotted a completely stock 76 short bed with eight bolt wheels so wanted to know, thanks.

Re: Stupid question

I have one, and it does not. (Gross vehicle weight 6050lb). It did come with a heavy duty chassis /suspension (F44) Mine has a 12 bolt, and the big brakes.

Re: Stupid question

No stock short beds with 8 lug wheels.

Short bed = 1/2 ton = 5 lug 2wd / 6 lug 4wd

8 lug = 3/4 ton
