Door weatherstrip questions
Is there supposed to be a channel, that holds the rubber weatherstrip over the door, on the fiberglass top of a blazer? If so where can I find some?

It is a double wall top if it matters

Re: Door weatherstrip questions
I am unsure on the double wall by there is a channel on my single wall. I used to have a double wall top blazer about 8 years ago and I don't think it had the channel. I believe it just glued to the top.

Re: Door weatherstrip questions
Double wall tops use retainer clips. LMC p/n 30-1601.
I believe it's advisable to use weather strip adhesive also.

Re: Door weatherstrip questions
if you clean that area up, you will see 3-5 holes that the retainer 'T' clips sit in

Re: Door weatherstrip questions
Thanks for the advise, as I saw the holes, and saw a metal channel in a picture of another blazer.
