Windows do not line up, please help?

My 82 C10 windows had bad rubber seals around the windows, so I replaced them all on the two windows. Also the glass was not lining up also when I rolled the windows up. I am still having the same issue after replacing the window rubbers all the way around. When I roll up the window the glass always stays out of the tracks, I have to hold in place will rolling up the glass to make sure that it falls into the channels. Any clues guys as to what I need to do to fix this?

From what I can see yes. Track on the left and right inside. Just when the window starts getting rolled up. It never meets with the track that is on the vent side. Just stays out of the track so window is rolls all the way up out side the vent side channel. Unless I roll it up and guided with one hand to stay on track.
