Dash cleaner/protector
Is there any products out there that will help rejuvenate or "soften up" our dash pads?

Yup. This is the stuff. Also great for vinyl tonneau covers.

x3 on 303. Very pricey but the best. Works good on tires and does not leave that shinny cheap look. You do need to be diligent about applying it on a regular schedule.

I use baby oil ,wipe it on and wipe the excess off and its cheap.
