ID and Options Rear Bumper
I recently inherited my grandfathers 69 GMC 2500. I want to bring it back to showroom condition like it was when he first bought it new in 69. One of the options he got with it was a PTO and hydraulic lift for the bed. All of that still works. This truck has a rear bumper on it that I have not been able to find online thus far. Any help with identification and a source for a replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Re: ID and Options Rear Bumper
I would guess it was locally made.
You might be able to find someone who could replicate it.

Re: ID and Options Rear Bumper
I agree that's not GM equipment.
You can remove and discard it in favor of a sport bumper if you wish. |

Re: ID and Options Rear Bumper
That bumper looks an awful lot like the rear bumper that was on my truck when I bought it last fall. I have removed it and its sitting in my garage.
