Buddy buckets

This is the first set I have ever had. They appear to be complete. Looks like they were recovered in the 70's!

John, Are the seams in the darker pleated area heat pressed or sewn in ? Also, are those seat belt holders on the console ? Are they metal ? Never seen them on a buddy bucket. Could be an interesting rare item for 68 ?

Hey Mike, dark part sewn in. I think the belt holders are half plastic half metal. They look like they could have been a dealer option? What about shoulder harness? Truck long gone.

The belt holders are factory, not too uncommon. I've had several sets and they are also shown in the factory assembly manual.

I've had quite a few buddy bucket seats and never had the holder option. Asked about the seam to figure if original or not. Very nice seats.
