Look at this suspension work!!

I've been shopping for a new project and came across this on craigslist.

It is amazing the level of stupidity some people have. This truck hopefully will never see the road again. WoW!!!

I hate to say i have seen way worse then that before.At a car show i seen a 70s impala lifted on 26 inch rims,The front spindle caught my eye it looked like they welded scrap metal on top of the spindle to lift it.If you want nightmares google s10 forum most hacked that stuff will scare you people drive it like that.

Re: Look at this suspension work!!

Interesting choice for a first post for sure, but I digress;

That truck could actually be fixed, since its really just a butchering of some stock parts in a pretty thoughtless (yet simple) way.
The worst are when you get combinations-stacked-on-combinations of trucks. A friend brought me a truck he said "rode too low, and just needed some non-drop springs"...which actually turned out to be the front and rear frame sections of a mid 80's Malibu on top of, next to, and in some places under, a butchered Apache. It was as if a kid broke a model car and just started gluing parts on until it kinda worked again.
