Will they fit? 18x9" 7"BS and 19x10" 7 3/4" BS

Hi guys

My first post so here it goes,

I won an auction for a 67 C10 stepside to be added to my growing collection of american muscle. I own a 68 Chevelle which im doing an LQ4/4L80E swap, 69 Chevelle and a 72 Corvette.

I got a good deal on some TSW Montage wheels but before i bite the bullet. I just wanted to ask if the sizes and BS would work?

Its 18x9" with 7"BS for the front and 19x10" with 7 3/4" BS for the rear?

no I doubt that those deep backsets would work on the truck

How about 18x9 6.5" BS boyd coddington smoothie 2? will they fit?

For a stock rear axle... anything with more than 4.5 inch backspace gets tricky.
Then it depends on your aspect ratio, the taller the tire, the more it bulges from the rim.

The front can be tricky too... if you pull the inner fenders, they will likely fit.
However a 6 plus inch backspace usually hits the tie rod ends when you turn too sharp.
The deeper the backspace, the less sharply you can turn.

Thats not to say it can't be done with a wider axle or wheel spacers on the rear.
I've also seen custom tie rod ends that were purposely "bent" to prevent hitting the rims.

its a 275/40/18 tire

The wheels are in 5x4.75 bolt pattern so a 1" adapter should correct the back spacing to 5.5" BS which in my research would be no issue
