Where can i find the correct turn signal/horn switch?

I just installed a van tilt column in my 67 chevy. The tilt column had a TS (turn signal switch/horn)different than the one I need for my Grant steering wheel.Since the grant steering wheel has a horn button that has 2 wire terminals you ground one and the other one goes to the horn connection on the TS switch that goes to the horn relay.
The old factory column TS switch had a wire coming out of it which is what I need but it would not work on the tilt column. As you can see in picture the back is smaller and will not go down to cancel turn signals on the wired one.
The only other option is to find a round wire terminal and try to get it to hold on the round post on the TS switch that fits tilt column.
