On my 70truck I am having a issue. When parking lights on all lights work perfect but when j pull the headlight switch headlights come on and I lose all other lights. No running lights no interior lights I just replaced the switch and all fuses are good any suggestions???? Thanks

Re: have a headlight issue
Make sure you have all the related grounds connected.

Re: have a headlight issue
Probably not what you want to hear, but if you have original wiring I would recommend a complete rewire of the entire truck. I've seen to many nice rides burned up because of 50 year old corroded wires. At least rewire your headlight circuit to use a relay, and not run all the current through the switch.

Re: have a headlight issue
Check the dimmer switch on the floor. Many headlight related problems have stemmed from a faulty dimmer switch.

Re: have a headlight issue
Agree. This was the culprit when I had headlight issues.
