who can mfg. fiberglass panels

I really really want a late model stepside bed. However, I really really want the correct round wheel well arches. Can someone make copy of a steel rear fender into a fiberglass patch panel to mold in place of the square ones on the 88-98 bed.
I don't know if there would be a minimum production run of even if its possible.
Input?

I asked this question before and got no reply. You can try these people www.usbody.com, they might be able to help. If so, then keep us updated.

I would think your options would be to do a custom job yourself or buy some fiberglass stepside fenders and cut what you need from there

adamls & tom: usbody wants $400 a side.

nsane68: yeah, you said the same thing before, i just gave it its own thread. I also have no experience with fiberglass and was thinking if someone could make 10-20 of them for a descent price.
I know WES has done great in having things reproduced. Maybe its something he could have done ....

Thast better then direct. I was hoping for a patch panel, not the whole fender, to reduce the cost. If you have any repore with US Body, is there any chance in them making a patch panel at less cost?

Out of curiosity, what is the cost for their SWB Fleetside complete BED? Have you seen one for a review of their quality?

OK here's another thought...the factory fiberglass is a formpressed construction that is nothing like hand layed stuff that any aftermarket stuff will be, so there will always be a chance of cracking where you graft it in. Have you ever thought of going the other way? Get the wheel wells from the later model fenders and mig weld them in....maybe someone can photoshop this?
