Repair chain NP203 transfer case
he guys,
I opened up my transfercase looking for a noise I cant track down. I found a loose needle in the chain. see loose pin in top of photo? The case was converted by the PO to parttime operation. So in LO and HI the chain does not move/turn. Is there any way I can re-lock that pin? dont wanna fully rebuild the case if I dont have too. Open to all options.

Re: Repair chain NP203 transfer case
I did some research on the chain. I dont really think spotwelding would be a repair option. I guess replace the TC or chain.
did find some info on the chain, there are two models: Quote:
