bolt pattern for one is different (5x475...not same as the later model truck 5x5), other than that I do not know.

Some things to consider :
Are they similar in height? Will your ball joints and tie rods work?Will it change the steering geometry? It will not be a plug and play. The price is good but not if it doesn't work for you.
