This is an early takeout AM radio and it is the nicest one I've seen before. All the knobs and push buttons move like melted butter and the face is beautiful, package includes both speaker brackets and wiring harness. Price is $175 plus shipping

OK,but let me ask a different way. Does it have sound(music) output through a speaker. Mine will power on and light up,but no sound.

I would be shocked if it did not as it was kept inside in a closed box most it's life but I have no way to test it other than powering it up. If you want you could buy it and if you receive it and it doesn't work I will pay for return shipping and a full refund.

Would certainly save a ton of hassle if you could check and see if it plays. it's a real kabuki dance mailing back and forth and sending money orders etc etc. Its pretty simple to test, just hook up a speaker to the "spkr" (+) and one to the "grnd" (-) on the back. Those terminals are in the same location you are using to provide 12V to make your claim that it is in "full working order". Ya also have to hook up an antenna. I'd be very interested if I can be assured that it plays.

I have to way of testing it as I don't have an extra speaker or antenna to use to test this radio. I will try to see if I can find somebody local who will let me use their parts to test it and get back to you as soon as I find out.

Bump, yes it lights up and static plays througt the speaker as well as the tuning works, I still dont have an antenna to try.
