'57 3100, Volare Suspension Rebuild...

Hi....I am currently rebuilding the front suspension on my '57 3100...it has a Volare front suspension on it....great fun!.....quick question for anyone who has done this....I purchased a set of poly control arm bushings and there are 2 round bushings that I have no idea where they go....top of the first picture....I am assuming because there are only 2 they go on the bottom control arm...in stock form there was only the bushings and washers....thank you!..
