the bed side should have a hole and the cross-sill has holes for the bolts. I know i have one and maybe 2. the bends are different from side to side.

Lots of threads with issues with 456 trucks. LMC has the full set with hardware. Part number 38-7386.

The fleets are the only ones that have yhem, lb or short, same ones. They connect the wheel opening to the nearest cross sill so there is no vibration going down the road.

Stepsides do have the fender braces as well...they are different than the ones used on the fleetsides
