OK, guys changed the flywheel the other day it was completely broken away from the bolts. Anyway what does this wire connect to?

I don't want to try to run it without knowing if this is something vital. I have to replace the TV cable because I forgot to disconnect it when I dropped the transmission. My first time doing any major mechanic work so all in all I'm proud of myself.
