Blower Motor C-10
I have to replace my blower motor. I'm sure the right hood hinge has to come off, can anyone give ma a procedure for doing that and pulling out the blower which I know has the blower fan attached. I have pre-marked the hinge positions on the hood and inner fender.
Thanking you in advance, Willy Bill

Re: Blower Motor C-10
I did the same thing a few years ago. I believe all I did was take the bolt out of the body side of the hinge and there was enough play to move the hinge out of the way of the blower. It would probably be a good idea to have somebody help you out or prop the hood open somehow.

I did mine myself used a couple 2x4s off the rad support to prop up the hood and took the bolts out of the fender side of the hinge slid hinge foreward and the blower came right out
