Speedo and Gauge rebuilder?

Hi - Can anyone recommend a good shop for rebuilding/restoring my speedometer and gauge cluster.
I'd like a restoration shop that can correctly calibrate the speedo for my wheel/tyre combo and one that can modify the gauge cluster to have the correct ranges for my engine.

Jim Carter rebuilds clusters. You can buy an inline adapter for different gear ratios and tire sizes.

http://www.classicgaugeandcluster.com he did a real nice job on my 47 gauges and converted the amp gauge to a volt meter. here are a few before and after.

He is also a board member

Thanks for your replies. I'd already sent Classic gauge and cluster an email as I'd seen his work. Hopefully he'll get set up in a new shop at some point in the future as that's some lovely work.

I used Auto Instruments, Martinsville, VA. I had them do a mechanical refurbishment, nothing on the cosmetics. They fixed my '59 cluster up, working good now.

agreed; that just plain sucks
tbone1964 calibrated my 58 speedo after returning 3 repops for being garbage
otherwise that's who i would have recommended
