front bumper braces for 72 blazer

I'm looking to get new bumper braces for my 72 blazer. LMC sells them for 2 and 4wd drive ones. What is the difference? Not sure which ones to get, since I'm going to take my blazer and do a 2wd conversion on it. Any input (except stupid remarks) is welcome.

Re: front bumper braces for 72 blazer

71/72 Chevy's have a provision in them to clear the park light housing. If you are using a 71/72 bumper with factory park light housings, you need to use 71/72 bumper brackets.

They are different 2wd to 4x4 because of the way they mount to the frame.

Hope this helps,
Thomas
