Metric or standard wrench for changing fuel filter
Im changing the fuel filter on my 02 chevy truck today and noticed none of my standard tubing wrenches work.I don't own to many metric tools.Do I need to invest in some metric tubing wrenches also does any body know what size to use?Thank you.

Yes they are metric. You can get a metric set usually for a reasonable price. Not sure on the size any more. They deleted that filter on the 04-07 classic when they went to returnless fuel system.
I think one of the Sizes was a 16MM but It's been a while... |

Having an 02, you may as well invest in more metric tools if you are going to work on it. Just about everything on that vehicle will be metric.

Thank you guys.I changed it and now the fuel pump isn't humming as bad.Its too bad they changed over to metric.
