96 K3500 Project Questions

Alright my 1996 K3500 4X4 Dulley is finally going under the knife after sitting, from a wreck that totaled it. I have a straight donor truck that is the exact same, and will be putting all of the dulley stuff on it as for right now it is SRW. I want to slam this thing to the ground and curious how you do it, drop shackles on the rear would be my guess, but what do I do up front. Want it to be around 5" or so from the ground. Don't want to run it on bags but will have over load bags in the back so it can still tow. Thanks, more questions to come. Will post pictures when I get to the main computer phone just isn't having it today haha.
