Were big back windows and/or deluxe side trim available on step-sides?

I'm gathering parts for a '62 4x4 long-step project, and was wondering if the big back window was available on step-sides, and how Deluxe side trim is handled on step-side trucks? Did they offer it and end it at the cab edge, or not offered?

Any pics of BBW steps and Deluxe steps?

"All-around visibility for easier, safer driving is afforded with the extra-large rear window offered as a regular production option for cab models"
here is some step side BBW stuff:

I had a 1960 step side with a big back window.

Trim was available on the stepsides. Would only have come on the cab though. I found an RPO code in one of the factory 63 books the other day. I will list the code tomorrow.
