What is the best coil or springs ? THE RIDE, ALSO TO LOWER IT ?

I have CPP springs in my truck and they do just fine. The ride is more controlled by the shocks. I have tried the cheap KYB's the came with the spring kit, the better KYB's folks recommend for lowered trucks (they are jeep and Toyota shocks) and now running the Belltech street performance shocks made for our trucks and they have been the best overall.
