Price Drop-67/68 Horn Cap
GM original, PN # 3902776 Very nice chrome with minor marks, black paint is some what weak but very easily fixed. No pitting on face or edges. Rubber ring pliable and intact, no tears. $25 shipped lower 48, money order or $$ only, do not have Paypal.
