64 c20 c notching and air suspension questions
Is a 64 c20 the same as a c10 frame wise. Can't find a c notch kit for it. If anyone has dimensions on on I have a plasma table I could cut my own. Also how should I drop the front end.

Re: 64 c20 c notching and air suspension questions
I have a '66 C20 that I step notched. From my research, the only difference is the C20 frame has an extra reinforcing piece of sandwiched metal "inside" the C channel of the rear frame for added support. This extra section is in the area where you want to c-notch. FYI, I used a step notch for a C10.
As far as the front, I used 2-1/2" drop spindles and replaced the coils with air bags. Aired out, the susoension is about 2" off the ground. I don't know my ride height yet. I still have the front clip and bed off the truck. I'm replacing drivetrain with a LS setup as soon as funds allow. Two sons in college equate to little rathole money. I could take some pics if you need them. |

Yea if you take pics that would be great. I actually bought a notch off eBay and I'm half way finished with the install and it's going great
