Where can I find inexpensive body trim that goes all the way around the truck?

Try Wal-Mart. If they don't have any, try JC Whitney...

The chrome silverado trim is $80 a roll. Aftermarket is considerably less but not quite the same size. Try body shops.

Try LMC, ChevyDuty, etc. Inexpensive trim looks cheap, it's like what Swervin alway sez "you get what you pay for".
