AVS C-Notch Anyone using or have pics?
Wondering if anyone is running this set-up? Didn't seem bad for 150? Looks like you can put it over the frame, weld it in, then cut your old frame piece off and weld in the underside.

I installed one from avs but it wasnt 67-72 specific. It looks the same tough. And you are right, you mount it on your frame, weld it in and cut the middle off. I beleive its 3/16's thick.

It was pretty good. I think most companies sell them in 3/16's thick. Just make sure you weld some sort of crossmember at the top, since you have to cut out the stock crossmember. I just used two sticks of 1 1/4" round pipe and welded them inside the top corners
