adding a headliner?

I am constipating trading my 92 Silverado std cab shortbed for an 86 Chevy crewcab SRW...the 86 is a base model with no headliner...is all I have to do to add a headliner is drill all the holes for the trim pieces? or is the interior sheetmetal different?

Constipation is very serious, get that checked out first! But yes make sure when drilling to go slow or kaaahblam you have an unwanted drain hole
