My engine original?

1127CKL on the boss below the head on front of motor......this all the numbers there is?

Trying to see if this motor might be the original 350 in my truck.....ideas?

CKL is a 1973 block.

That's what I thought....how do I verify it's a 350 and not a 305?

You already have.
CKL suffix code was only used on 1973 350ci, 145hp, th400 trans, 2bbl engines in Chevelles and Impalas. But if you want, you can check the block casting number and the cast block date code. locations below.

Or a 1975 262-cid, according to that link. In which case you would know it. They were total dogs.
