bed and cab mount location on short bed conversion

Hey everyone I'm converting my 64 long fleet to a short fleet. I have the bed and cab removed, and the frame on stands, leveled out. For some reason I'm have trouble visualizing where the bed and cab mounts are getting relocated to. I'm taking 12" out from under the cab and 8" off the back of the frame. Once I cut the 12" out, the rear cab mount must get moved toward the back of the frame, 12" right? At that point, what exactly do I do with the bed mounts?

Re: bed and cab mount location on short bed conversion

You move the rear cab mounts back 12" and remove the front bed mounts.
