The first number refers to the width of the tread in mm. Divide by 25.4 to get inches.

The second number refers to the height of the sidewall as the percentage of the width of the tread. So, in your example the sidewall is 75% of 265mm.

The last number is the diameter of the wheel in inches.

It comes out to about 31.6"x10.4". Heres a converter and some info for ya.
