front clip conversion/swap

Want to change my 84 front clip to a 73 to 80 front clip. Anyone ever done it?

I actually think it's more common to go the OTHER way. I've got a 79 with an 84 front clip, but it was the previous owner that did the conversion.

I have an 87 cab with a 77 front end on my C10. If I remember correctly the only issues were the hood mounting points but I think all the bolt holes are there just need to use the hood hinges from the ones that fit that cab year
