wiring washer pump for single speed wipers
Alright
My 63 has a single speed wiper motor and some connectors that are not connected to anything but come from the wiper motor . there is power and would it be able to operate a washer pump ? .. The diagrams only show wiring for the wiper motor . I don't want to end up burning up my switch or the harness . Check the photos and tell me what you think Thanks and god bless |

Re: wiring washer pump for single speed wipers
It's been a while but on a 66 with 2 sp wipers I wired in a washer pump from existing wires at the pump IIRC. It has not been used much yet but so far so good. If the switch or other related wiring is rated for it I don't know.

The pink and what wires are from the harness and they plug into a connector that has three wires .. Two into wiper motor and third splits off to where the switch I located .. Black wire connector.
