Help choosing replacement radiator
72 k5, 4x4, AC , anyone have any recommendations? I've looked at a few, but how to choose? Blazer is all stock in engine compartment. I'd like it to be a simple bolt on, I will probably stay with fan, not go electric fans. Thanks for all help!

Re: Help choosing replacement radiator
We make bolt-in conversion radiators and we also offer a forum member discount:
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=590670 We can build it for any engine set-up (no additional charge) and include a free built-in trans cooler if needed. |

Re: Help choosing replacement radiator
I have a nice stock 4-core copper and brass radiator that I would part with if you are intersted in staying OEM. Shoot me a PM if interested.

Re: Help choosing replacement radiator
I bought one from summit racing. It's a summit branded radiator but is made by northern. I'm not sure if it US made but the one in my Chevelle says made in the USA. This one doesn't.

Re: Help choosing replacement radiator
Here is another one I found. They use formed tanks instead of fabricated. I don't have any experience with them, just giving options...

Re: Help choosing replacement radiator
If I had to do all over again I would prefer to buy from him as well. I thought the summit radiator was US made until I did research. Northern has moved across the border. It's been too long to return but I would rather support a domestic parts supplier anyday so lesson learned.
