WTB Factory '72 Steering Wheel

I am looking to get a hold of a Saddle color (Tan) Steering wheel for my '72. I'll take the horn button too, but not necessary. I also need a brown dash pad. Any out there?

Paul

Paul,

Probably your best bet is just go to new on the wheel and dash pad. Used stuff is most likely going to be sun faded, cracked, dried out and probably not much better than what you've got. For $250 from GMCPauls you can get setup with a brand spankin' new OEM equivalent tan wheel, horn button and dashpad. Try looking around for something, but in my opinion, if you want it to look decent, it's a small price to pay.

Exactly - If I go new, the wheel won't match the column

I've seen entire frame off resto's started like this! Was just hoping to find one.

Thanks for the info

Paul,

I've got one that's perfect and used that I'm trying to get rid of so I can get a black one. I'm in maple grove out of the cities but come up to st cloud every weekend. Know of a good black one to trade? Otherwise I'd be interested in selling mine with horn button. At least you could look at it and not have to commit to buying anything if you didn't want to. I hate buying stuff to find out it's the wrong thing that someone is offering. Let me know if you're interested. I also have a NEW woodgrain steering wheel if you're interested. It's from LMC but there's no way I'll be able to drive with something like that since I don't have power steering.

Excellent -

I would be interested in taking a look at it! I'll PM you my phone # and we can hook up sometime. I have a black steering wheel on the Blazer now, but it's not a factory one.
