Donor Front Clips for a 1968 C-10

Just curious as to see if any one knows what kind of donor sub frame could be installed in a 1968 C-10 Short Bed to drop the suspension dopwn lower and plus then I could have Disc Brakes as well. Any help would be appreciated! Scott

i wouldnt put a whole clip on it, you could use a 71- mid eighties front crossmember and notch it , these are cheap and easy to find, 5x5 disc brake, i have a 76 crossmember on my truck, look at some of the other threads in this section on lowered crossmembers.
