70 suburban build

I found this around the corner from the house and made a deal with the owner.the plan 5.3 or 6.0 .

I got it to the shop and cleaned some of the rat turds off the engine and found a big block 402

I got the inside clean out it went right in the dumpster. Picked up seats from a 03 sub front and rear

The guy he bought this from was the original owner and it was an exercise in patience for Tim to get it, it's gonna be cool, Vortecing down the road

It should be noted for the formal record, No live animals were injured during the filming of this documentary, however numerous Northern Arizona, Native Pack-rats are now homeless.

only a little rust in the 1/4s behind the wheels. it spent its life in phoenix.

I had another 72 long bed frame for disc brakes and 5 lug rear. so I ended up cutting the 2 frames in 1/2 to make one good one.not shown in the pic but I fish plated it and boxed it on the inside,also got the new motor setting in place

Holly rat poop bat man! Nice save and great work fixing the frame etc. You're lucky that hadn't sat up here for 23yrs. There wouldn't be much floors left let a lone a frame.

Got a chance to work on the sub today, power washed the frame, gotta love AZ trucks thats the original exhaust and no rust in the floors.

I had a good day in the shop on the sub today.I got the motor in and wired, brake lines plumed, straightened the rad support ,front seats mounted and swapped out the rear springs
