leaf spring question

i just picked up an 84 stepside, the previous owner lowered it with lowering springs in front and a flip kit in back.the handling in front is great but the rear leafs are tired and the rear end kind of walks side to side on rough uneven roads im trying to decide between new springs or an add a leaf (i dont mind the rear lifting 1-1.5" as i like a little rake) im just wondering what you guys would recommend? thanks for any help

Re: leaf spring question

I cut the bump stops off and it's much better I'm going to throw better shocks on as well the springs were pretty tired they were sitting just about on the bump stops
