67 Chevrolet Service Truck Photo Shoot
Took my fake service truck to a couple real places around town and played with photoshop.

I put the pics on facespace then stole them from there for here... so a lot of the clarity was lost... here's what the door looks like:

Re: 67 Chevrolet Service Truck Photo Shoot
I didn't want to ruin the paint on the rims by taking them on/off a bunch of extra times. I don't have anything on the PS right now, no rings or caps.
I still have to paint all the bowties red and I have to finish the front end alignment, I got camber and toe really close, but caster is still off... just so I could drive it to a show last month. I started remodeling our master bath so all truck work is done until that gets finished (Probably end of January.) I also still haven't decided if I want to try to raise the nose back up 1/2" or not.

Is that downtown G'ville? My daughter's wedding pics are at the Cigar Warehouse. Lots of cool old industrial buildings there.

Re: 67 Chevrolet Service Truck Photo Shoot
"Downtown Greer"... if you can really call it that.
They're both visible on Google Maps streetview The Pepsi Sign is on a building on Cannon Street right across from the city park entrance. The other is near where 290 and Canon Street cross, just a few buildings up, it's a "service alley" off of the 290 side.

Re: 67 Chevrolet Service Truck Photo Shoot
Truck looks great and so does the stance. If your front isn't giving you any problems, then I'd leave it. Looks Awesome!

Re: 67 Chevrolet Service Truck Photo Shoot
Very nice!!!!!!!! I wish we had stuff like that around here, but everything is either 1800's gold rush historic old, or mowed down for modern housing.

Quote:
I *might* leave it. The only thing I would change is add a 1/4" spacer between the lower arm and spring. I'd compress the spring, stick the spacer in, if I hate it, I can pull it back out.
