Was there a truck accessory brochure?

For my '69 Pontiac there is a model-line brochure and an overall "Pontiac Accessories" catalog that is separate.

I've never seen one for our trucks, but am curious if there was an accessory catalog where they listed the compass, the tissue box, all of that.

Thanks!
Dave

Re: Was there a truck accessory brochure?

Pretty sure there was one available for every year. I think you could also get it in chevy or gmc.

Most of the accessory ones start at post #49.

Tonneau cover

my truck has the buttons and a cover. I see it was an accessory on pg 5.

Mine is in good shape but where can you get a replacement today?

Also the mirrors can be drawn closer to the cab. How do you do that?

Yes, I have one. It's a Chevy one (not sure about GMC) and it shows a white Longhorn (auto art, not photo). Funny thing is, it's a C/10 with whitewalls and wheel covers! I can get you a picture if you'd like.

Any upholstery shop can help with that. That's where they were all made, then GM saw demand and included them in their program. You're mirrors are alreay inward. If you loosen the nut where the support arms and arm that holds the head meet and turn the mirror 180 degrees. Then loosen the nut on the back of the mirror and flip the head around. That's a beautiful Sierra Grande!

Re: Was there a truck accessory brochure?

Thanks cover is fine but wondered how a replacement could be found. Think mine was replaced at one point but snaps looks original since truck has never been painted.

So I assume mirror swing out then you would flip around mirror. So they would stick out more ?
