95 1500 need 18 inch wheels

I have a 95 GMC 1500 4x4 and I need 18 inch wheels. I have a set of nearly new studded tires that were given to me. I need to know what factory wheels I can use. Appearance is not an issue, it's a working truck.

I don't know of any factory 18" wheels for these years. Your might find some from another brand or year range (like Toyota Tundra or Nissan Titan/Armada)

Re: 95 1500 need 18 inch wheels

Thanks for that info. I'm OK with other makers wheels. As I said it's a work truck so I'm not going to be picky. Do any of the forum members have direct experience with Toyota or Nissan 18 inch wheels on a 1995 1/2 ton? I guess my concerns are wheel width and clearance for calipers and drums. Maybe lug nuts as well?

Not exactly the same, but no issues with my Nissian 17" on my WT. The backspacing seems to be the same or close enough between your year and my year that I don't see an issue. I have swapped rims with my friends 96 4x4 and there were no clearance issues.

I believe the Titan had a pretty common 18 inch wheel that I've seen on quite a few 99-07 trucks, should fit your GMT400 pretty close as well.

18" wheels off a 2nd gen Cadillac Escalade will fit perfectly. I believe wheels off the 99-? Chev/GMC trucks will fit also. Click on the 89 Chev to your left for some old pics of a set on my '89
