Torque Specs

Hello, in the middle of installing Hotchkis 4/6 spring kit on my 69 C10, still having trouble getting the lower control arm to drop from the spindle but just bought a BIG hammer so hopefully can get it loose. But had a question on the install, is there certain torque specs I need to use on the rebuild of the front end parts?
